CCC CONSTITUTION (A.K.A. C4)

Article 1 Section 1: In the beginning
As of Friday, November 9 we hereby establish the CCC Empire officially as a clan. Under this Empire each member is created 1337 and has access to CCC BANK & TRUST. (More to be added)

Article 1 Section 2: Arms
Every member has the right to bear arms; personal and those provided by CCC. Any weapon provided by CCC is and always will be property of the state. Any individual who leaves the CCC or is excommunicated must return all property provided via CCC. (More to be added)

Article 2 Section 1: Dual Citizenship
The CCC Empire welcomes all new comers but prefers individuals who solely support the CCC. If a individual, who whishes to join, is already a member of another clan he may apply for Dual Citizenship. Any individual who acquires Dual Citizenship hereby recognizes they forfeit their right to vote. This is to be taken AS IS to protect the rights of all CCC Citizens. (More to be added)

Article 3 Section 1: Voting
Each member of the CCC, with exception to those who fall under Article 2 Section 1, has the right to vote in all meetings. POWER RANKINGS have been given to prevent split desicions. Votes are weighted as follows: #1. 9 votes, #2. 8 votes, #3. 7 votes, #4. 6 votes, #5. 5 votes, #6. 4 votes, #7. 3 votes, #8. 2 votes, #9. 1 vote. (More to be added)

Article 3 Section 2: Voting
Meetings shall be held to vote on the following: Loans, Donations, CCC acquisitions, POWER RANKING, activities, and subjects of importance. (More to be added)

Article 3 Section 3: Right to veto
Any desicions that hurts the state of the CCC and or mutiny will not be tolerated. ONLY Under these conditions is the Supreme Emperor allowed the right to veto any desicion as he may see fit. (More to be added)

Article 4 Section 1: Emperor and Shinobi
The Emperor, as ruler, as athority that no other member has. This includes the "right to veto" and "excommunication." The Shinobi of the hidden village has the same rights as the leader except the ones mention above. (More to be added)

Article 5 Section 1: Amendments
After the foundation of this constitution has been established it can only be changed via amendments. After each member has voted the majority may decide to amend this constitution. NO AMENDMENTS CAN BE MADE TO WEAKEN THE SUPREME EMPERORS AUTHORITY. (More to be added)

Article 6 Section 1: Meetings
Emails will be sent ahead of time conserning meetings. There are no last second meetings. If a member of the CCC is online at the same time of a meeting they MUST attend.

Article 7 Section 1: Power Ranking and authority
If a member of higher rank than you asks for your help or assistance you MUST assist them. Anyone who abuses this power will be lowered in rank. Furthermore anyone who refuses to help their superior will be lowered in rank or in extreme cases excommunicated.

CCC BANK & TRUST
CCC Incorporated is a proud to present CCC Bank & TRUST. Right now CCC Bank & TRUST has 5.4 million meseda in assets. A 1 million meseda donation was given by the current leader of the CCC, Asia Clan-clan. All Members of the CCC Have access. (More to be added)

Donations:
Every Friday all members of the CCC must submit a payment of 5,000 meseda into the trust fund. Any member who does not will be bared access to CCC BANK & TRUST until the proper payment is donated. This amount is subject to change when and only when the members vote on a different amount. Furthermore, if a member wishes to donate more they can. By doing so that member hereby acknowledges that they under no circumstances get special treatment/loans because he/she donated more. (More to be added)

Loans:
If a member wishes to receive a loan for personal use (not clan related) he/she may borrow up to 500,000 meseda after a business meeting has been held. During which all members can vote for or against the load. Furthermore The leader of the CCC has the "right of veto." If the loan severely hurts the CCC's assets or is in bad taste the supreme emperor of the CCC has the right to veto the transaction. (More to be added)

POWER RANKINGS INFORMATION UPDATE

People have been asking me "how do you move up in rank?" This is how. once we get 42 members the power rankings will have to be changed. Now this is the important part. For every 6 new members (full party on PSU) a new Team Captain will be added to the power rankings. Under normal circumstances ranks will be given by seniority, but if one member stands out above the rest as a good leader I will deem him as team captain. So if you want to make sure you get your spot as captain make sure to be on time to the meetings when your online and most of all dont cause drama.

For current captains:
I will be updating this thread soon. For the old captains that dont attend meetings regularly I will strip you of your title. Dont take offense to this. This is to help the clan as a whole. A captain isnt a captain if he doesnt lead anyone. And people who cant attend meetings obviously, well... cant be in charge of a party because they arent there.

About Ranks:
If you or someone gains or looses a rank dont come complaining to me. I really dont want to hear that craap and I dont care what your opinion is on the subject. Im going to do whats best for the Clan and thats final.

More importantly, being a captain doesnt mean you have any sort of power over the normal members. It means you help organize parties so everything can run smoothly. The only persons that can handle any sort of problem in the clan is Me or Sovalou. Thats it. If you have a problem with someone else report to us. Futhermore do note that Sovalou is a whole lot more nicer than I am when it comes to drama and problems in the clan. So come to me as a last resort. If people start causing a lot of drama and I find out Ill just remove them all. I dont care whos at fault.

Inactive members:
Some members of the CCC, for what ever reason, cant attend all the meetings, events, ect because of real life. To help accommodate them I have set them to inactive mode. Any member under this mode is not expected to pay the weekly fee of 5k but in return they do not have access to the clan bank. There are no other restrictions.

LAWS OF THE CCC.
THESE LAWS HAVE BEEN DECIDED VIA VOTING. THEY CAN NOT BE CHANGED UNLESS THE MAJORITY VOTES FOR DIFFERENT CONDITIONS.
1. We party 6 hours a week. This is required ONLY IF your online. We realize that people have lives. But if your online, you party, end of story.

2. EVERYONE is required to give 5k to the bank on every Friday

3. Our base in N. Cont!

4. Since we have a good bit of people the level cap has been raised. This is important. You must be at least lvl 50 to join.

I am proud to announce that we (The Clan-clan Clan) have formed an alliance with EA. (Elite Alliance) Details on this alliance are listed below.

The E-1337 CCC Alliance

This alliance was formed via MegaZoneEX and Asia Clan-clan. The two figure heads that represent each respective guild. The terms of this alliance includes but is not limited to:

1. Calling for aid:
-In times of need such as hunting, frag runs, and soloing any member of the two respective parties may call upon one another for reasons such as man power.

2. Alliance events:
-If a major event were to be planned by one guild, be it EA or CCC, the other guild is allowed to help in the event seeing as the guild lending a hand is a reliable form of assistance

3. Alliance hunting:
-In times of emergency (Example: near-end of a sega sponsored event with rare items) and alliance hunt, where both guilds hunt for the same item, is not only allowed-its recommended that both guilds combine forces not only for the betterment of themselfs but for the other guild as well. This way the most rares can be found as quickly as possible and distributed among both parties. Deciding which rares go to whom will/should be decided before hand to prevent confusion.

4. Top secret meetings
-Important information, that one guild may not want the public to know, such as tips on how to play/strongest weps ect, may be exchanged between and ONLY between these two guilds. NO ONE from the CCC or EA is allowed to give this information to anyone outside of their clan.

5. Spy, infiltrate, and retrieve enemy information (other guilds!)
-If by chance another guild other than the two in this alliance has information that will benefit either of the guilds in this alliance The E-1337 CCC Alliance will dispatch secret opts to retrieve this information.

If a CCC or EA spy is caught they must deny any affiliation with either group.

6. Lend artillery:
-For times such as event artillery may be lent to help accomplish the task at hand. NOTE: Property of EA is EA and property of CCC is CCC. Failure by any member to return property will be dealt with by MegazoneEX or Asia Clan-clan depending on the circumstances

I think i hit all the important things though. also, just so everyone knows the offical color of the CCC is yellow. Itd be cool if every member wore some yellow or did something to that effect, but it isnt required.

The Clan-clan Clan's First PSU Event

Safari Hunt Madness
March 7th

Everything in this event is to be done as a team (teams of 5) at no time will you ever be separated from your team.

1. Entire team must find 7 people on neudiaz, DROP KICK them, and then say “ You’ve been struck by a smooth criminal” (must have pics for proof!)

2. Time attack desert goliath B rank. take a pic of your time for proof

3. Solve this riddle I am a face. Linier Line is my place. See can you find me! Need a pic for proof. (HINT* fastest way to find this is in C rank Linier line)

4. Entire team must dance on floor 1 on Guardian colony, and in Yohmei on neudiaz.. Take pics for proof

5. Entire team must find 4 people on parum and ask them “Do you know where the sailors hang out?” (this is a shenmue reference lol)

6. Time attack: Grove of fanatics B rank. take a pic of your time for proof

7. Battle rap on moatoob main lobby! 2 of the 5 team members must battle rap against each other to the death! Both members must say 15 lines of text. The remaining 3 members must dance around them while they battle rap. I must have your chat log for proof. (Note: That’s about 5 of those small chat boxes. that’s not much. And IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW GOOD YOU RAP. Actually we prefer people who Y_Y at rapping because its funnier that way.)

-Weapons during missions will be limited to lasers, single claw and ra techs
